We’ve written this section of the website to describe what Exchange Supplies is all about and give you the 'what happened, when and why', and explain the philosophy that drives us.

If you’ve got a short attention span, or don’t need the fine detail, see our timeline. But if you’ve got a long attention span and want more there’s links from the background, section to our online history, ‘vision’, ‘mission statement’ and ‘values statement’.

Yes, we know that talking about vision, mission and values sounds like a load of transatlantic ‘management speak’, but all the ‘how to be a good company ’ text books say you should have them, and, although we hate to admit it, they have been useful in helping us stay focussed and get stuff done, so we thought you’d like to see them.
