Aside from knowing the answers to the FAQ's, the main issue that arises for workers is that of clients asking for more sachets than syringes.
Most services limit sachet distribution to one sachet per syringe and use the opportunity of people asking for more sachets to conduct a review of frequency of injecting, and injecting equipment need: many people don't ask for enough syringes to ensure they always have enough.
