About us:
Exchange Supplies is a social enterprise, that designs and sells needles and syringes and other equipment that reduce the risk of people who inject drugs catching HIV and hepatitis C. We have customers all over the UK, and around the world.

We have been trading from our offices and distribution warehouses across two sites in central Dorchester for 15 years. We are a friendly team, with 6 in the warehouse receiving goods from our contract manufacturers in the UK, Europe, and China, and sending them out to our customers.

We process over 100 orders a day, sending out everything from single syringes in envelopes, to pallets of stuff – mainly to the UK, but also to customers all over the world. To find out about more about us and what we do, please click here.

The job will require attention to detail, flexibility, and cheerful team work. So if you want an active, interesting job, doing something socially useful with varied tasks, have an easy manner, are cheerful, enthusiastic, conscientious, and interested in learning new things, please apply.

If you fit the description above, don't worry about the fact that we're a specialised business, or not knowing anything about our products: full training will be given.
