Find a needle exchange providing free injecting equipment in the UK

Drug treatment services and community pharmacies that are part of the local Needle Exchange Scheme / Needle and Syringe Programme (NSP) offer a free, confidential service for people who inject drugs to pick up sterile injecting equipment and dispose of used equipment safely.

A lot of pharmacies have a discreet window sticker to show they offer needle exchange - look out for a yellow circle on a green background with a green arrow pointing right and a red arrow pointing left.
